Women's Basketball Adds Rogers to 2008-09 Roster

ST. LOUIS, MO. – University of Missouri-St. Louis head women’s basketball coach Lisa Curliss-Taylor has announced the addition of Mandi Rogers (Omaha, Ark.) to the 2008-09 roster.

"Mandi will be an immediate impact at the guard spot,” said Curliss-Taylor. “She has the ability to push the ball in transition, see the floor and has a great shooting ability. We are excited to have her join the program."

Rogers, a 5-6 guard, earned first team all-state honors at Omaha High School after averaging 15 points, five assists, four steals and three rebounds per game as a senior, while also connecting on 66 three-pointers. She was also a two-time all-region and four-time all-conference honoree and finished her career scoring 1,450 points.
